Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE)

Program Benefits

The Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE) is dedicated to helping you lead in your role, and is facilitated by the 老九品茶 System Human Resources Learning & Organizational Development team. SOLE represents a significant investment in leadership development for staff on behalf of the entire 老九品茶 System. Employees who participate in SOLE include employees from throughout the 老九品茶 System, from Columbia, Kansas City, Rolla, St. Louis and the rest of the State of Missouri. 

During SOLE, you will have the opportunity to explore the following topics:

  • Session One: Growth mindset, understanding and maximizing your workstyle, planning for your future development
  • Session Two: Building trust and creating psychological safety, giving and receiving feedback, developing others
  • Session Three: Peer mentoring workshop
  • Session Four: Contingency planning and navigating workplace disruptions, project planning and organizing a workgroup, identifying and engaging with stakeholders

SOLE is conducted over four, 90-minute sessions. These sessions generally occur once per week for four weeks.


Cost

This professional development opportunity is provided by the 老九品茶 System Office of Human Resources, with no cost to participants.
